Tongass Lightweight Upland Pant

When I hunt, I hunt all day, and I hunt hard. At the end of the day, these pants have given me the comfort, durability, and best fit. Of any pair of hunting pants I have owned. I now own four pair of these pants from the lightweight to the insulated and will not go back to any other pair.

I first bought a pair of these in 2021. I still have that same pair and I use them for everything! The original pair does have several scratches from briers but I have also bird hunted some very heavier cover and should have wore the proper pants.

May favorite thing about these is how lite they are. If you pair them with suspenders, you don’t even know you have pants on.

They repel water for a while, but dry fast when wet. If you bird hunt in these and get them wet, number one they are too much heavier than when dry, number two when you get in the truck to ho to the next spot, they are pretty well dry when you get there. NO More walking around in heavy wet pants becuase you hunted a fern covered forest floor first thing in the morning.

I use these pants for grouse hunting, pheasant hunting, annd even fishing (they are great for wearing under waders by the way)

I like these pants so much, that I have went on several trips and wore the same pair hunting for the whole 4-5 days of the trip. (They don’t build up an Oder either!)

These are the best outdoor pants out there and I know have 3 pairs of tongas and a pair of the Dakota pants which I am looking forward to trying.

This is my fourth pair of Tongass pants. I’m guiding upland hunters over 100 days a year and these are the most comfortable and durable pants I’ve found. Customer service is excellent and shipping is fast. You will not be disappointed!!!

I like these pants. I already had a pair of the Dakota pants. These are lighter weight and should be excellent for summer dog training. The legs are waterproof and stout enough to get thru heavier cover. The uppers are not waterproof, I knew that when I bought them, it’s the price you pay for a lighter more breathable upper. I would buy these again.

First purchase - thought I would try the Tongass pants as they were on sale. There were no disclosures at the time of sale they could not be exchanged for a different size. So…I’m stuck with pants that don’t fit.
