Too Long

I ordered the vest after returning the jacket. I think both products are good except they need to come in a short. I needed a vest to take the place of my Filson wool vest when it is too hot to ware it and I thought your vest would be perfect but it is way too long a vest should stop just above your belt. A long vest looks terrible and gets in the way when you try to get something out of your pants pockets. Put it on and see what you think. Y’all need to make a shot and I would buy one. I returned it.

Great Vest

The best is pit together very well. It fits perfectly. I have the Tongass pants and they are also of high quality. Mr. Pyke your products are top notch and very well thought out. Appreciate your customer service.

Tongass Vest

Ordered the 2XL vest which was a tighter fit than I was expecting. The 2XL is the largest size the vest is available in, so I kept it. Wore it around the house and in town for a couple days & it loosened up sufficiently to feel pretty comfortable. The material is definitely water resistant as rainwater beads up and runs off nicely. Haven't had the chance to wear it out in the field yet but I think it's going to work fine as a light-weight piece of gear to keep the body core warm and comfortable during early morning walks on moderately cool days. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.
