 Fitting and Exchange Policy

Pyke has worked diligently to create a fitting guide that accurately represents our customers. If you do encounter an issue with your order we have a NO HASSLE EXCHANGE guarantee on non-sale items.  Sale items may not be eligible for exchange.  No price adjustments will be made on sale items. WE PAY THE SHIPPING BOTH WAYS for your convienence.

      1. Items must be in unworn condition when returned without soiling (dog hair) or evidence of use and in original packaging.  A $10 restocking fee will be applied to items not returned with original packaging.  
      2. Sale items and items purchased with a coupon code may only be returned for store credit, or exchanged. 
      3. Send exchange packages to: 976 Judson Norton Shores, MI 49456.  Items that are not returned to the correct address will be returned to sender.

     

    Return Policy

    Please refer to the following in the event that your recently ordered items need to be returned.  If you wish to return an non-sale item for a full refund please refer to the below instructions:

      2. Pyke will issue you a refund within 5 business days upon the return of your refund item and credit your payment method as well as email you a return confirmation.
      3. Sale items and items purchased with a coupon code may only be returned for store credit, or exchanged for the same item.
      4. Send return packages to: 976 Judson Norton Shores, MI 49456.  Items not sent back to the correct address will be returned to sender.

       Warranty Repair Policy

      Pyke Gear works hard to bring you the best fabrics, designs and Made in the U.S.A. quality and we stand behind our products. We will repair or replace any item thats performance failed in the field due to manufactures defects for 1 year. Barbed wire tears, punctures, burns, piling and other cosmetic wear due to use in the field are not covered by this warranty. Pants that are not hemmed to the correct length and wear out around the boots are not covered under warranty but can be repaired. Additionally, products that are damaged via improper laundering are not covered by the PYKE warranty. Pyke’s warranty is non transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product(s). Valid proof of purchase is required.

      In order to initiate a Warranty Repair please follow the steps below.

      1. Email info@pykegear.com and provide the following information - Customer Name - Original order number (if known) - Product type and nature of repair needed
      2. Items need to be freshly laundered. All dirty items will be subject to a $25 cleaning fee.
      3. Complete the Warranty Repair Form and return it to: PYKE Gear 976 Judson Norton Shores, MI 49456 (UPS, FedEx Only)
      4. Upon completion of Warranty Repair work, Pyke will return your items to the address listed in your Warranty Repair Form.
      5. If an item is out of warranty and still needs repair we will gladly assist you in repairing your item at a reasonable cost.
