Fitting and Exchange Policy

Pyke has worked diligently to create a fitting guide that accurately represents our customers. Please refer to the below fitting chart to help aid you in your order, however, if you do encounter an issue with your order we have a NO HASSLE EXCHANGE guarantee.

  1. Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email orders@pykegear.com and specify:
    1. Your original order number
    2. Product you wish to exchange and reason why
    3. New size you are requesting
  2. Items must be in unworn condition when returned without soiling or evidence of use.
  3. Pyke will issue you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) fand email you a Pre Paid Return Label as well as a Customer Return Form. Please print and fill out the Customer Return form and include with your items.
  4. Use the label to return the products to Pyke and we will send the exchange items immediately. It takes, on average, 4-5 business days to issue an exchange.

Return Policy

In the event that your recently ordered items do not fit as anticipated, please refer to the above Fitting and Exchange Policy. However, if you wish to return an item for a full refund please refer to the below instructions:

  1. Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email orders@pykegear.com and specify:
    1. Your original order number
    2. Product you wish to return
    3. Reason you wish to return it
  2. Pyke will issue you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and email you a Pre Paid Return Label as well as a Customer Return Form. Please print and fill out the Customer Return form and include with your items.
  3. Pyke will issue you a refund within 5 business days upon the return of your refund item and credit your payment method as well as email you a return confirmation.

Warranty Repair Policy

Pyke Gear works hard to bring you the best fabrics, designs and Made in the U.S.A. quality and we stand behind our products. We will repair or replace any item that’s performance failed in the field due to manufactures defects for 1 year. Barbed wire tears, punctures, burns, piling and other cosmetic wear are due to use in the field are not covered by this warranty. Pants that are not hemmed to the correct length and wear out around the boots are not covered under warranty but can be repaired. Additionally, products that are damaged via improper laundering are not covered by the PYKE warranty. Pyke’s warranty is non transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product(s). Valid proof of purchase is required.

In order to initiate a Warranty Repair please follow the steps below.

  1. Email orders@pykegear.com and provide the following information - Customer Name - Original order number ( if known) - Product type and nature of repair needed
  2. If approved for Warranty repair, Pyke will issue you a RMA (Return Material Authorization) and pre-paid shipping label as well as a Warranty Repair Form.
  3. Complete the Warranty Repair Form and return the items via the Pre-paid shipping label.
  4. Upon completion of Warranty Repair work, Pyke will return your pants to the address listed in your Warranty Repair Form
