Official Giveaway Rules 

NO PURCHASE OR FEE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. SWEEPSTAKES ONLY OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO AT TIME OF ENTRY ARE RESIDING IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND WASHINGTON, DC, WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, WHO CAN LEGALLY POSSESS, OWN AND USE A FIREARM AND PARTICIPATE IN HUNTING ACTIVITIES UNDER FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS, AND WHO HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS. SWEEPSTAKES VOID OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES (INCLUDING WASHINGTON, DC) AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. SWEEPSTAKES SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS ESTABLISHED IN THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES OR BY SWEEPSTAKES ORGANIZER. 

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Giveaway Rules. 

Eligibility: No purchase or fee necessary to enter or win. The Pyke Gear “Ultimate Pheasant Hunt Giveaway”(“Giveaway”) is open only to individuals who at the time of entry reside in the 50 United States including Washington, DC, who are 21 years of age or older, who can legally possess, use and own a firearm and participate in hunting activities under federal, state and local laws and regulations, and who have Internet access and valid email addresses. Giveaway void outside of the 50 United States and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Giveaway subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and other restrictions established in these Official Giveaway Rules or by Giveaway Administrator. Employees, officers, directors and other representatives of Giveaway Administrator, Prize Sponsor, and host hunting preserves, and their respective relatives or household members, are not eligible to enter or win. 

Giveaway Period: Giveaway begins 12:01AM (ET) on February 20, 2026 and ends 11:59PM (ET) on May 3, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). 

How to Enter: To enter Giveaway, visit pykegear.com during Giveaway Period to complete an official online Pyke Gear Contest entry form. No other method or form of entry is accepted. Entries must be submitted online no later than May 3, 2026.

Prizes: 

Grand Prize: One (1) eligible Grand Prize winner will receive a two (2) day (3) night guided hunt for Grand Prize winner and one guest at Mansland Lodge, Akaska, SD to take place on November 13-16, 2026. Winer may use their own dogs if desired. This hunt is for wild birds and all local, state and federal laws apply. Grand Prize winner and guest must be physically capable and legally eligible to possess, use and own a shotgun or rifle under federal, state and local laws and regulations where hunting will occur. On the hunt, Grand Prize winner and guest may be joined by Pyke Gear staff and WingshootingUSA TV host Scott Linden and his production crew. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest may be filmed and may appear on a future episode of Wingshooting USA TV. Grand Prize includes meals, guide service and lodging for Grand Prize winner and guest (ARV of Hunting Trip: $3,000.00). Grand Prize winner is responsible for obtaining all hunting licenses, if required. All other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Giveaway Rules to be borne by Grand Prize winner and his/her guest(s). 

Grand Prize winner and guest must conform to all federal, state and local firearms and hunting laws and regulations. Grand Prize hunt is subject to rules and regulations of the Prize Sponsor and host outfitter. 

Delivery of Giveaway prizes may be delayed due to availability or scheduling conflicts.  The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all FFL firearm transfers and fees. 

Federal, state and/or local taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes except by Giveaway Administrator who may substitute prizes as necessary. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Giveaway Administrator. 

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a drawn prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at a random drawing on May 15, 2026 at GiveawayAdministrator’s headquarters and will be notified by email. Winners need not be present at drawing. If a selected winner is unreachable, fails to claim prize within seven (7) business days after notification, or is determined ineligible, the winner will forfeit his/her prize and prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. All potential winners are subject to verification by Giveaway Administrator before prizes are awarded. In order for a winner to claim a prize, Giveaway Administrator, Prize Sponsors and/or individual host hunting preserves may require additional information or documentation to prove Giveaway eligibility, including without limitation, proof of identity, age and US residency. All winners will be required to sign and submit an Eligibility Affidavit, Liability Waiver and Publicity Release to Giveaway Administrator before prizes are awarded, and may also be required to sign and submit similar forms to Prize Sponsors and/or host hunting preserves at time of hunt. Guest of Grand Prize winner will also be required to submit these required forms before being allowed to participate in hunting activities. Giveaway Administrator reserves the right to accept or deny awarding Giveaway prizes based on information or documentation submitted or the failure to submit required information or documentation. Giveaway Administrator may disqualify a Giveaway winner immediately upon learning the winner has responded with or submitted false information or documentation. 

Publicity: Each Giveaway winner grants Giveaway Administrator, Prize Sponsors and/or host hunting preserves, individually or collectively, permission to use and exploit in any manner and in all media (now existing or hereafter devised), throughout the world, winner’s entry, name, photograph, image, voice, appearance, actions, and likeness, for television, advertising and promotional purposes, without further compensation, notification, or permission, and without recourse or liability of any kind. 

General Terms & Conditions: By entering Giveaway, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules and the decisions of Giveaway Administrator, which shall be final and binding; and (ii) to release, indemnify and hold harmless Giveaway Administrator, Prize Sponsors, and host hunting preserves, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and other representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities of any kind (including attorneys’ fees and costs) arising from or relating to the administration or operation of the Giveaway or any errors in materials related thereto; entrant’s participation in the Giveaway; use or distribution of entrant’s Giveaway entry submission; use and exploitation of entrant’s name, likeness and city and state of residence information; entrant’s acceptance or use of a prize; or any claims based on rights of privacy, rights of publicity, and/or other personal or proprietary right. Giveaway Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of the Giveaway at any time, and, in the event of suspension or termination, to award prizes based on eligible submissions received prior to any such action, or not award prizes at all. The Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible or postage-due submissions or other correspondence; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, interruptions, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; or (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Released Parties that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted, including any injury or damage to any person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway or downloading any materials related thereto. Giveaway Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found tampering with or disrupting the operation or administration of the Giveaway. Any dispute arising from this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Fairfield County, Connecticut selected by Giveaway Administrator applying the laws of the State of Connecticut without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law thereunder that would require or permit the application of any other laws. Giveaway entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process electronically (e.g., via e-mail) or certified or registered mail, and specifically waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available to them. 

Privacy Policy: By entering Giveaway, information about entrants will be captured by Giveaway Organizer. The information captured includes entrants’ names, email addresses, and other information provided by entrants at time of entry. This information may be used by Giveaway Administrator for prize notification, promotional and other business purposes, and shared by Giveaway Administrator with third parties, including prize sponsors. Entrants may be contacted by Giveaway Administrator and other parties with future promotional offers about their products and/or services. 

Change to Official Giveaway Rules: Giveaway Administrator reserves the right to make changes to these Official Giveaway Rules at any time and for any reason without notice.
