Wingman Pro B2 Upland Strap Vest

This is a great vest. I wish it a a pocket on the inside to hold wire cutters.

I’ve had a number of similar vests that all had limitations. I hunt South Dakota with a group for 5 days yearly and needed a game bag that would hold 4 or more pheasants and wouldn’t collapse trying to get the birds in. All adjustments worked well, the right shell pocket cover kept shells from falling out. My only critiques are that the pouch and water bottle adjustments should have allowed more forward placement for ease of access and the water bottles could have been smaller. Also a few D-rings on the straps would have helped.

The vest is amazing! Very comfortable, light weight, and I love the customization features. The only negative… the water bottle holders. They come with one Molle strap, and I could never get to it. The bottle seemed to swing around behind me. Every time I went to put the bottle back, I couldn’t find or fit the bottle in the holder without a lot of fumbling around. I wanted the water more toward the game bag and shell pouch closer to the front for easier access while grouse hunting. I wish it was a little more stiff and slightly more room to fit the bottles in, As well as an additional strap to somewhat lock it in place. Overall, 9/10. Great vest! Would purchase it again.

First hunting trip with new vest went very well. Good water bottle access, good access to shells, I like the Molle attachment points on the shoulder straps that worked very well. Weight distribution was more on my hips which was better than my previous vest carrying on shoulders only. Easy access to bird pouch went well with my old shoulders. I like the extra storage inside the bird pouch and the zippered pocket outside the bird pouch gave me extra places to store items ( dog first aid kit and such). Overall I thought this was a very good hunting vest.

Bought it for my dads birthday so far has worked great!!
